You will learn Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises for purification), chanting mantra (Sat sang), balancing and unlocking the power of the chakras, and meditation to improve your concentration and awaken the divine within. Rina has been meditating for over 15 years, practicing yoga for the last 10 years and teaching for the last 7 years. She taught yoga at Red Pearl Yoga, Mind, Body, Baby, Broward Community college North Campus, Holly Cross Hospital and her own studio. Experience with energy healing as a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner will help you to expand your inner self and heighten your intuition to higher levels of awareness. The precise techniques through guided meditation and visualizations are the tools to attune into the energy of the Yogi Masters. Rina speaks Spanish, English, French, Italian and Hebrew.
